Your new companyProgressive, growing organisation who have experienced strong year-on-year growth seek to appoint a motivated Group Finance Manager to join their finance team. Character fit is key to this hire and would suit a candidate who would relish working in a fast-paced environment, alongside a high-performing team where the scope of the role will continue to evolve over time. Your new roleLeading a small team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day rigour of a busy finance function with accountability for the month end close whilst supporting the budgeting and forecasting process. You will have oversight for the statutory obligations of the company, whilst liaising with the auditors, in addition to ensuring the tax position of the business is duly accounted for in the correct manner. You will provide insightful management information which drives decision-making in both monthly meetings and daily interactions. As the company continues to scale, you will support a range of projects and process improvement initiatives.
