Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a leading Manufacturing company in Basingstoke. This is a full time, temporary position.Responsibilities for this Administrator role:- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries- To work in partnership with the Regional Head of Sales and Inside Sales Manager to execute sales of our lithium-based products- To understand the sales to cash processing system from receipt of orders to distribution- SAP is primary data source- Set and track sales targets and KPIs- Managing relationships- Create and monitor quotations- Engage with the company's credit department to apply for required credit lines and manage customer expectation related to credit offerings- Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts- Use customer feedback to generate ideas- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement- Develop sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement- Work with other departments to support business objectives- Ensure compliance is followed with international chemical transport regulations- Maintain a deep understanding of industry and market trendsRequirements for this Administrator role:- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role and industry- Experience in customer service combined with supply chain and logistics- Competency in handling both import and export operations.- Previous experience with import/export documentation and understanding of freight forwarding operations.- Experience with processing certificates of origin and EUR1's (ECert or similar)- Strong Customer Service Generalist background.- Hands on experience using a CRM/ERP (Ideally SAP) software and MS Excel.- Excellent communication- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.The Administrator role- Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 17:00 and Fridays 9.00am - 16:00- £15.81 - £18.44 per hour dependant on experience- Temp ongoing roleIf you are interested in this Administrator position, please apply below or get in touch with Amy at Pertemps
