Join a leading Housing Association and Property Maintenance Company as a Carpenter-Multi in the North Hampshire area.
You'll carry out various carpentry and multi-trade repairs in residential properties, including 1st & 2nd fix carpentry and UPVC work.
The position offers a salary commensurate with experience, and candidates should have NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or at least 5 years of experience.
A company van, fuel card, and tools are provided, along with 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days.

Key Duties:

1st & 2nd fix carpentry
Install windows, doors, frames (internal & external)
UPVC work, locksmithing, fencing, kitchen fitting
Minor plumbing, tiling, painting, patch plastering
