- Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries – by phone and email
- Keeping customers informed on their orders, from initial enquiry through to delivery
- Preparing accurate quotations and checking order details to ensure everything aligns
- Supporting the Sales Team and ensuring they’re up to speed on any updates
- Updating and maintaining CRM and ERP systems with accurate customer data
- Coordinating export documentation and compliance (experience a bonus but not essential)
- Handling return requests and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Managing the company switchboard and supporting other departments where needed
- Demonstrable experience in a similar sales support or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
- Strong organisational skills – you’re someone who spots the detail and meets deadlines
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach – you like to take ownership
- Good working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while keeping calm under pressure
- Experience with export paperwork or controls? That’s a big plus!
- Competitive salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience
