Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier within the UK signage industry, is offering a rewarding career opportunity within a supportive, high-performing environment.  Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Advisor to join their internal sales team. In this role, you’ll develop trusted relationships with customers, guide them through technical product options, and support the day-to-day growth of the business.  Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Advising customers on suitable product solutions
  • Creating quotes and processing orders using a custom CRM system (Elysium)
  • Following up on quotations and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Making outbound calls to maintain and update customer records
  • Assisting the wider team on collaborative projects
What we’re looking for:  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a busy, detail-driven environment. While no prior experience in signage is needed, a technical mindset is essential.  Ideal candidates will have:
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service (B2B is a plus)
  • Confidence communicating with customers over phone and email
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems
  • A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
