Sales Support
Our Basingstoke Based client are looking for a Sales Support person to join their team. The Sales Support person will be responsible for supporting the internal sales team with various duties to ensure the sales function operates smoothly and efficiently.
Salary- 26,000-28,000 per annum

Duties
* Respond to customer queries within SLA
* Providing quotes to UK and European based customers
* Maintaining customer data on CRM system
* Compiling weekly report on behalf of the sales team
* Maintaining up to date price lists
* Planning UK and Europe based trips, responsibilities include arranging travel, accommodation, Dinners etc.
* Ensuring compliance is upheld at all times
* Maintaining customer relationships
Skills
* A Degree or A level in maths or science is desirable
* Experience working in a Sales support position
* A keen eye for detail
* Experience using CRM system to log data
* Proven customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills
