We're on the lookout for a dynamic Workplace Operations Lead to take ownership of day-to-day operations across one or more sites, ensuring clients and teams feel supported, valued, and empowered every step of the way.This role blends client relationship management, team leadership, and operational oversight perfect for someone with a background in facilities, hospitality, flexible workspace, or office management who wants to step into something bigger.The Role:
  • Acting as the face of your site(s), ensuring every client has a consistently positive and professional experience
  • Overseeing daily operations including facilities, reception, and support teams
  • Taking ownership of income generation through occupancy, renewals, and services
  • Building strong relationships with brokers, local partners, and stakeholders
  • Supporting marketing efforts and local promotions to drive footfall and brand awareness
  • Reviewing financial performance, managing budgets, and analysing cost control
  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to maintain high operational and safety standards
The Person:
  • A strong communicator and relationship builder
  • Background in office/facilities management, serviced offices, hospitality, or customer-facing operations
  • Commercial awareness and the confidence to work to targets and budgets
  • A hands-on, can-do mindset – you take initiative and lead by example
