HR Advisor - Generalist | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and proactive HR professional to support across a broad range of HR activities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Start Date: ImmediateContract Type: 6-month FTC / Temporary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support with recruitment and selection processes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support with HR reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
