HR Advisor (Human Resources)

£16.59 per hour

Location: RG21

Hybrid: 2 days a week in the office

Join us as an HR Advisor and play a key role in supporting our people and culture across the organisation.

You’ll report into the Employee Relations Specialist, providing expert advice and guidance on all employee relations (ER) matters. Your work will help managers handle people issues confidently and effectively, using data and trend analysis to drive better performance outcomes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a varied ER caseload, ensuring best-practice outcomes
• Provide expert HR advice to managers across the business
• Use data insights to support performance management
• Collaborate across the People team to deliver key initiatives
• Build strong working relationships across departments and partners

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in ER or generalist HR roles
• Confident communicator with great problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and people-focused approach
