Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Consult on complex HR issues and deliver solutions.

• Coach and develop managers on employee relations matters.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

• Engage with stakeholders to address HR needs.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• CIPD qualification or working towards it.

• Experience in coaching managers on employee relations.

• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in stakeholder management.
