We're looking for an experienced and compassionate Support Manager to join a specialist school in Basingstoke that supports students with Social, Emotional, Communication and Interaction Difficulties (SECID), including ASC and SEMH needs.

As a Support Manager in Basingstoke, you will play a key role in managing student behaviour daily, supporting behavioural interventions, and maintaining clear communication across the school community. You will work closely with the Team Leader to create a positive and safe learning environment.

The ideal Support Manager will have practical knowledge of behavioural techniques, be calm under pressure, and demonstrate empathy and respect for students. Training in the Management of Physical Restraint will be provided upon starting.
