Our client is seeking a Sales Support Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Field Sales team and delivering exceptional service to customers. You’ll generate professional and timely quotations for innovative products and services, assist with order processing and delivery logistics, and ensure data accuracy across the CRM and ERP systems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare accurate and professional sales quotes aligned with customer needs and project scope.
  • Guide customers through our product and service offerings with confidence.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and market growth.
  • Maintain and manage project data within the CRM system to support smooth operations and planning.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assisting with queries and supporting order fulfilment.
  • Ensure on-time and accurate processing of orders and deliveries in coordination with internal teams.
  • Analyse performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Support the wider Commercial Operations team in creating a seamless customer experience.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer-facing role, ideally within a commercial or technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in CRM/ERP systems
  • A problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Team player with the ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships
