The role of Engineering Team Leader will be responsible for the following areas:

• Lead, mentor and manage a team of manufacturing engineers
• Set clear objectives, conduct performance reviews and support professional development
• Oversee design, development, testing and validation of electronic products
• Provide technical guidance and decision-making support on complex engineering issues
• Work closely with production, quality, supply chain and procurement teams
• Support new product introduction from concept through to volume manufacture
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plan and manage workloads, timelines and resources
• Develop and  maintain engineering standards, processes and documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget

• Proven experience in an engineering leadership or management role
• Strong background in electronics manufacturing
• Solid understanding of PCB design, electronic assemblies and manufacturing processes
• Excellent communication and people-management capabilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
