Work Arrangement:Â Flexible and supportive environment (work from home 2 to 3 days a week).Â
Role Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse caseload, including mergers and acquisitions, GDPR compliance, trading agreements, company and business sales & purchases, contract drafting & negotiation and intellectual property matters
- Handling your own busy caseload from start to finish
- Collaborating with a variety of local clients
- Participating in business development efforts to attract new clients and grow your caseload
