Work includes wills and estate planning, declarations of trusts and trust administration, drafting and advising on LPAs and capacity issues, probate and estate administration, including high-net-worth estates and individuals. This is a growing law firm; it has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.Your role as a Private Client Solicitor/Associate will involve:
