The Role:
- Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion
- Handle lease extensions (experience desirable)
- Step in with post-completion registrations as needed
- Support business development through networking and referrals
- Ensure compliance with CQS and firm policies
What They're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years' PQE in Residential Property
- Experience leading or supporting junior staff (preferred)
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems (LEAP experience a plus)
- Organised, team-oriented, and calm under pressure
