A prestigious and well-established law firm in Basingstoke, Hampshire, is seeking experienced Commercial Property Paralegals to join its expanding and dynamic team. Recognised by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, the firm boasts a team of highly skilled ex-City lawyers delivering City-level expertise within a supportive, collaborative culture. The Firm & TeamThe firm's Commercial Property department advises a wide-ranging client base, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers, housebuilders, landowners, and both commercial landlords and tenants.

The team handles a broad variety of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
  • Development projects
  • Property finance and secured lending
  • Land promotion and option agreements
  • General property management

Due to continued growth and client demand, the firm is now looking to recruit experienced paralegals with a strong background in commercial property work.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1-2 years' experience working as a paralegal in property law
  • Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and processes
  • Excellent organisational and client management skills
  • A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Experience handling leases, sales and purchases, or property management matters is highly desirable
