The Firm & TeamThe firm's Commercial Property department advises a wide-ranging client base, including investors, developers, corporate occupiers, housebuilders, landowners, and both commercial landlords and tenants.
The team handles a broad variety of commercial property matters, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
- Development projects
- Property finance and secured lending
- Land promotion and option agreements
- General property management
Due to continued growth and client demand, the firm is now looking to recruit experienced paralegals with a strong background in commercial property work.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1-2 years' experience working as a paralegal in property law
- Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and processes
- Excellent organisational and client management skills
- A proactive, professional, and commercially aware approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
- Experience handling leases, sales and purchases, or property management matters is highly desirable
