Warehouse Team LeaderSalary: £18.00 per hourLocation: Near Alton, Hampshire (20 min drive from Basingstoke) Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:00 / Fri 08:00–15:00 (37.5 hours per week)Start Date: ASAPType: PermanentWe are seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy aerospace parts facility near Alton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse or stores experience looking to step up into a leadership role within a regulated environment (Part 145).You’ll take ownership of warehouse operations, ensuring that aerospace components are received, stored, and issued accurately and efficiently, while leading a small team and supporting continuous improvement activities.Warehouse Team Leader Benefits:

  • Overtime paid at 1.5x basic rate (5–10+ hours available per week)

Warehouse Team Leader Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising a team of three warehouse operatives
  • Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of aerospace parts and materials
  • Conducting regular stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Upholding quality assurance and compliance procedures within the warehouse
  • Working closely with procurement, quality, and production teams to address stock and delivery issues
  • Monitoring warehouse performance and driving process improvements
Warehouse Team Leader Requirements:
  • Previous experience in warehouse, stores, or logistics roles (aerospace background preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate a small team
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse processes
  • Understanding of quality control procedures and regulatory compliance
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
