I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a UK PLC House builder, in assisting them with recruiting of a Assistant Site Manager for their major residential scheme in Basingstoke. The scheme compromises of Traditional build houses,
As a Assistant Site Manager, you will be responsible for helping site manger overseeing plots through finals You will be responsible for managing around 30 plots at one time. You will be responsible for managing the programme, managing subcontractors on site, managing health and safety, weekly reporting, and reporting into the Project Manager on site. You must house building experience and have worked for leading UK house builders, at a fast pace environment and be able to delivery units to programme.
This is a 3-months freelance role, and you must hold a CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate and payments are made via CIS.
