Project: 86-Unit Timber Frame Residential Development

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a freelance role leading an 86-unit timber frame housing development. You will operate as the No.1 on site, managing the project from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all site activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades on site

• Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and programme delivery

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams

• Take ownership of site documentation and reporting

• Drive project progress to meet programme milestones

Requirements:

• Strong track record of delivering residential schemes of similar scale

• Experience with timber frame construction is highly desirable

• Confident leading teams and making key site decisions

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certifications required

• Able to work independently and take full site responsibility
