Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist, with some broader Power Platform experience to join our team. In this role, you will work on exciting projects, supported by a team of product specialists and software developers, that will require your expertise to design, configure, and implement custom Dynamics solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Success in this role means delivering multiple projects per year and going beyond customer expectations.

Whether you have lots of experience working on multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 client projects or are an in-house Dynamics 365 for Sales CRM Administrator ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. End to end project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with all stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs, supported with detailed functional specifications.
  • Dynamics custom app configuration and customisation build tables, column creation, workflows and processes, BPFs, and reporting via views, dashboards and report creation.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for system and workflow development.
  • Provide broader Power Platform knowledge to enhance product offerings and exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and deliver system training sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients.
  • Stay update to date with the latest trends and advancements in Power Platform and Power Apps.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years Project Implementation / System Administrator experience.
  • 2+ years Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Experience in requirements gathering, system design and implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dynamics 365 Sales or Customer Service preferable but not essential.
