Part-Time Office Manager - Basingstoke | 3-Month Contract
We're working with a fantastic business in Basingstoke that's looking for an experienced and organised Office Manager to join them on a part-time basis for a 3-month contract.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: Part-time (flexible on days/hours)
Duration: 3 months
Start: ASAP
Pay: 15 - 17 dependant on experience
Key responsibilities:
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Managing office supplies, facilities, and general coordination
- Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
- Supporting with basic HR and administrative tasks
- Creating a positive and well-organised office environment
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in an Office Manager or similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
