We are seeking a Multi Trade Plumber for a temp to perm position in the Portsmouth, Guildford, and Southampton area.
The role involves reactive maintenance and voids work on a social housing contract.
The salary is £22.00 per hour during the temporary phase and £35,000 per annum once permanent, with additional benefits including 28 days' holiday and a company van with a fuel card.
Candidates must have at least NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or a minimum of 5 years' plumbing experience, along with a full UK driving licence and at least 2 years' experience in other building trades.

We're recruiting for a Multi Trade Plumber in the Portsmouth, Guildford and Southampton area, on temp to perm basis. Undertaking reactive maintenance and voids work on social housing contract.

As a Multi Trade Plumber, you'll receive:

22.00/hr (temporary rate)
35,000 per annum (permanent package)
28 days' holiday entitlement
A company van, plus fuel card

In the role, Multi Trade Plumber will be responsible for:

Carrying out all plumbing installations and repairs
Removing and replacing bathrooms and kitchens
Installing pipework, drainage, and heating systems
Basic Carpenter

To be considered, you'll need:

At least NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) OR a minimum of 5 years' experience in plumbing
A full UK driving licence
A minimum of 2 years' experience in additional building trades
