Production Supervisor required for a well-established and highly successful processing facility. This is an excellent opportunity to join an industry leading company offering a days-based role. You will be joining an employee focused business where you will play an integral role in company success. 

Candidates will need experience working in any production or processing environment and this role would also suit candidates looking to step into a supervisory level role. 

Reporting into the company’s Production Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing a production team of 70 and ensuring production KPI targets are achieved.

The Production Supervisor Role: 

· Oversee a team of 70 – including one supervisor and three team leaders

· Approximately 80-90% shop floor based, with some administrative duties

· Organising production activities

· Support the further recruitment of production staff and provide ongoing support and training to the team

· Ensure KPIs are achieve and costs are kept to or below budget

· Process improvements

· Work alongside H&S team to ensure safety on site – includes carrying out risk assessments


The Production Supervisor Candidate:
