Job Advert: Shift Maintenance Engineer
Join a leading global production company as a Shift Maintenance Engineer. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for running high-speed production lines, performing mechanical maintenance, conducting root cause analysis, and driving line efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production lines
- Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs
- Fault-find and resolve electrical issues
- Conduct root cause analysis to prevent downtime
- Maximise equipment and line efficiency
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical, Electrical or a related discipline
- Proven electrical fault-finding experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
