The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing tenders, contracts, and procurement for high-spec residential projects.
- Overseeing valuations, progress reports, and cost control on live sites.
- Engaging with subcontractors, negotiating rates, and reviewing variations.
- Monitoring project budgets and ensuring financial performance aligns with forecasts.
- Providing commercial advice to project teams to support timely, profitable decision-making.
You’ll join a specialist contractor renowned for creating super-prime homes with exceptional attention to detail. With a current turnover of £12m and ambitious growth targets, including £25m in four years, this is a chance to join at an exciting stage and contribute to the company’s expansion. What We’re Looking For
- Previous QS experience, preferably on high-spec residential projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and a practical approach to cost management.
- Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, and contract variations.
- Proficiency in valuations, progress reporting, and budget monitoring.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Competitive salary (£50k–£70k DOE) with bonus (~10%), car allowance (£5k), and Vitality healthcare.
