£60,000–£75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Healthcare
Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for more ownership, less red tape and the chance to work on genuinely high-end private residential builds? This position gives a Quantity Surveyor autonomy, progression and exposure to super-prime projects without London commuting.
You’ll work closely with the Commercial Director, run your own jobs, and step into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role as the business grows from £12m to £25m+ turnover.
The Role
- Full commercial responsibility for your own high-spec residential projects.
- Procurement, tendering and subcontractor management.
- Valuations, variations, CVRs and cost reporting.
- Budget tracking, forecasting and financial performance.
- Close collaboration with site teams to maintain programme and profit.
- Delivers super-prime homes across Hampshire and Surrey.
- Strong pipeline and ambitious growth plans.
- Clear progression to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
- Supportive, low-bureaucracy environment.
- Regional projects (no London travel).
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor (residential preferred).
- Confident with procurement, valuations and variations.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
- £60k–£75k salary (DOE)
- Annual bonus (around 10%)
