The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead tendering, contract negotiation, and procurement strategies for high-spec residential developments.
- Oversee valuations, progress reporting, cash flow management, and cost control across multiple live projects.
- Manage subcontractors, negotiate complex variations, and ensure contractual compliance.
- Support project teams with commercial advice, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and guide junior QS team members, fostering professional development and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive QS experience, ideally on luxury residential projects.
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge with proven cost management expertise.
- Experience managing multiple live projects, subcontractors, and complex variations.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to risk management, budget monitoring, and strategic decision-making.
- Competitive senior-level salary (£70k–£90k DOE) plus bonus (~15%), car allowance (£5k), and Vitality healthcare.
