- Acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and tenants both in person and over the phone
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, correspondence, and document preparation
- Using the in-house system to raise invoices, purchase orders, and manage records
- Chasing rent arrears and banking cheques
- Creating and updating spreadsheets
- Providing cover at nearby sites during holidays or sickness (own vehicle required; mileage reimbursed)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel
- Confident typist with good written and verbal communication
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented, and approachable
- Full clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
