The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Hybrid Consultant (Temp & Perm) to join our Basingstoke team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least one year of recruitment experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
As a Hybrid Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of accountancy clients
- Sourcing, screening, and placing top talent in permanent and temporary roles
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Working both remotely and from our Basingstoke office
- Collaborating with a supportive team to meet and exceed targets
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (ideally in accountancy or professional services)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the Basingstoke market is a plus
