As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for developing and managing a team of full and part-timers. Ensuring operational standards are consistently high across breakfast, lunch and dinner services. You will also be responsible for achieving liquor and wage cost targets on a monthly basis.
For this Restaurant Managers role you must have worked to at least Assistant Restaurant Managers level in a quality focused restaurant business. You must be highly organised and able to demonstrate strong leadership and training skills.
