This is for a period of 6 months. The role will involve ccoordinating the smooth running of their schemes and also will involve supplying accurate reporting information to various teams and departments. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks from day to day plan administration, process review, data interrogation and continuous improvement management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Daily payout and plan administration
- Managing dealer and manufacturer queries
- On-boarding new dealer and manufacturer relationships
- Manufacturer, dealer and ad hoc report creation and distribution
- Stock audit analysis and follow up
- Data review and interrogation
- Process review identifying key data and continuous improvement concepts
- Assisting with the facilitation of Wholesale projects
The Person:For this role our client is seeking the following experience and skills:
- Experience of working in a finance administration role
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Advance Excel skills preferable)
- Ability to work accurately and to tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part as a team as well as autonomously
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident dealing with a variety of tasks and working under pressure.
The Location:
Basingstoke (near train station)
The Hourly Rate:
£13.30 per hour

6 months

8.45am to 5.15pm Monday - Friday
