Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Housing Team in Dorset, helping to foster a safe and inclusive community for residents.

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with housing management colleagues to address hate crime, nuisance, and anti-social behaviour. You’ll manage your own caseload and collaborate with external partners such as the police and legal advisors.

What you’ll need:
  • Ideally, previous experience in housing management services related to anti-social behaviour, or transferable skills from a similar customer-facing role.
  • Confidence in handling challenging behaviour and resolving conflict.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers in demanding situations.
  • A self-motivated and highly organised approach.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, contractors, and partner agencies.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
