As a Cancer Nurse Specialist, you will:
- Deliver holistic cancer support remotely via telephone, video calls, and chat messaging.
- Engage with patients at key points in their journey, ensuring their needs are regularly assessed and addressed.
- Develop tailored support plans and provide psychological support and trusted information.
- Prepare and debrief patients for consultations and treatments, ensuring clarity on care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicate care information while ensuring confidentiality.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and report incidents or concerns as per policy.
- Contribute to professional development and service improvements.

The ideal Cancer Nurse Specialist will have:
- NMC registration with a minimum of 3 years post-registration experience.
