Our client, a leading organisation in the Information Technology & Telecommunications sector, is seeking a dedicated IT Logistics Co-ordinator to join their Central Operations Team in Basingstoke.

### What You'll Do:

As the IT Logistics Co-ordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the spares and RMA processes, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Management of Spares & RMA Processes: Oversee the entire lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organisational standards.
  • Tracking Serial Numbers: Maintain accurate records and provide insights into inventory management.
  • Customer Focus: Always ensure a customer-centric approach in all interactions.
  • Coordination with Couriers: Manage the business-as-usual relationship between couriers and the organisation to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Reporting: Prepare various reports, including open RMA reports, customer inventory, and collections.

### Key Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ISO 14001 standards is a plus.
