We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Pick and pack stock accurately following internal procedures
- Ensure all daily orders are processed and ready for dispatch
- Pack goods securely to prevent damage during transit
- Receive and store incoming stock promptly and correctly
- Book in customer returns and repairs with detailed documentation
- Assist with regular stock counts and report discrepancies
- Support basic product assembly or modifications when required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with warehouse systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus
- A proactive, can-do attitude
