CMA Recruitment Group is partnering exclusively with a dynamic, international business to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. What will the FP&A Manager role involve?
- Lead group budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecasts across multiple business units and currencies
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decisions, scenario planning, and ROI evaluations
- Act as a strategic business partner to operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight on new business cases, pricing, contracts, and investment decisions
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting, including system implementation (Power BI, Adaptive Insights)
- Analyse performance trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting findings directly to senior management and the Board
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A Manager vacancy:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; familiarity with data visualisation tools (Power BI desirable)
- Experience consolidating multi-entity, multi-currency operations and familiarity with FRS102
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
