A well-known employer in the heart of Bath are seeking a Management Accountant to join their high-performing team.Your new roleTo support an ongoing project, my client requires an Assistant Financial Accountant to work flexibly across the Finance team. Duties will include:Assist the team with preparing financial statements as directedAssist the financial accounts team with preparing quarterly / monthly reporting as directedSupporting the maintenance and reconciliation of the Fixed Asset register, including posting entries to the register and ledger. Producing ad-hoc reports as requested.Maintaining GL integrity.Quarterly review of control account reconciliations generated by departmentsAssisting with system set-ups e.g. new project codes and perform general housekeepingUndertake activities that require payments to suppliers, staff expenses and student maintenance paymentsWhat you'll need to succeedExperience and knowledge of financial accounting.
