The Account Manager role can be offered on a hybrid basis, you’d be prepared to go to the office 1-2 days per week.
You’ll be technology curious, B2B experience is crucial but tech client experience is just a preference. At some point in your career you’ll have worked for an agency but B2B/tech inhouse experience is welcome too!
Join the client services team and work across a variety of marketing disciplines including content-driven PR, social media and advertising.
What you’ll need:
- At least 3 years of experience in PR/Social Media/Advertising
- Experience in strategic PR and organic social media strategy (paid social media is a plus)
- Your experience of managing advertising, direct marketing and collateral or a genuine desire and commitment to learn them
- Experience within B2B agency environments or in-house experience at a technology company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant business experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- To thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Duties:
- Effectively plan and execute strategic PR programs
- Conduct and direct the team on media pitching and placement for announcements, launches, and active storytelling
- Understand the media landscape and actively monitor for new opportunities, guiding the team to ensure client-specific media lists are on target
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and media
- Secure and manage briefings and schedules, and serve as clients' PR representative during briefings
- Manage writing/editing of PR materials and other content
- Manage paid and organic social media programs for both brands and executives
- Develop PR plans and set quarterly/yearly metrics
