We're working with a well-established, independent consultancy based in Bath who are looking to appoint an Associate Director to support and help lead their growing Quantity Surveying team. This is a remote-first role - no set office days.
About the Role:
This is a key senior leadership position within a small team of 8, with the opportunity to help shape the future of the business. You'll have the autonomy to run your own projects, lead client relationships, and support junior team members as needed.
Project sectors include:
High-rise residential
Heritage and conservation
Education (schools-focused)
Healthcare
What They're Looking For:
An experienced Associate-level Quantity Surveyor or a strong Senior QS ready to step up.
Ideally MRICS, with a strong background in consultancy/PQS environments.
Experience in the education sector (schools) would be a real advantage.
Based within reach of Bath for team or client meetings.
