You join a newly transformed boutique hotel restaurant with:
 Open fire cooking
 Seasonal menus
 Stylish dining spaces and a lively bar scene
You support the Head Chef, lead the pass when needed and drive standards through service. You help shape menus, train the team and keep the kitchen running tight.
