Fusion People Recruitment is seeking a professional, self-motivated individual with a proven ability to join our UK client for the position of Field Sales Manager, covering the South West of England, for the sale of capital equipment. This is a field-based role, with the primary responsibilities for account management and direct sales within the South West of England. You should have some knowledge of capital equipment or machinery. Job role: Field Sales Manager Location: South West of England centred around BathSalary: Negotiable (depending on experience) + OTE + CarHoliday: 25 days plus Bank Holidays Benefits: Pension scheme

Primary duties: * Identify key accounts and develop appropriate relationship to develop business.* Use existing database to identify new potential sales in existing customers.* Identify new potential customers through proactive networking.* Proactively sell aftermarket products to all customers.Candidate Specification; * Several years field based sales experience.* Knowledge of capital equipment or machinery equipment industry.
