Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Bath who are actively seeking to engage a Paralegal within Contentious Probate.
What you will be doing:
Supporting Partners within the department, you will be tasked with a wide range of duties to include;
- Dealing with new enquiries and client onboarding
- Assisting with a number of legal and administrative tasks
- Providing initial advice to clients via phone, email and video
- Drafting fee estimates, file opening letters and terms of business
- Recording client activity / progress on spreadsheets
- Adhoc duties when required including assisting in the Manager's absence
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in contentious probate desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills as you will be first point of contact for clients
- The ability to work under pressure with ever changing deadlines
- First rate IT skills including MS Office (word/outlook and excel)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
