The Role

We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our dedicated team in Bath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive to go the extra mile. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring each interaction is a positive one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries across email, live chat, social media, and telephony channels
  • Take ownership of enquiries, from product information to complaints, ensuring first-time resolution wherever possible
  • Improve customer satisfaction by following queries through to resolution
  • Call customers to book installations, explain processes, and answer questions
  • Support process improvements across the customer care team and wider business
  • Share knowledge with colleagues and maintain up-to-date information in our systems

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous B2C customer service experience (call centre, retail, or customer support)
