Who will you be joining?

Collab Talent Solutions is proud to be exclusively partnered with a growing services business between Bath and Radstock to recruit a new friendly face to their administration team on a full-time permanent basis due to increased demand for their services.

What will you be doing?

You'll be joining a team of coordinators that assist the wider administration team in delivering a high quality of service to NHS patients and ensure a seamless transition of the patient journey.

Everyday you'll be using your excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication skills to support patients with their queries and offering basic advice via phone, email, and text messaging.

You'll also use your keen eye for detail to ensure that the system and records are well maintained, accurate, and up-to-date. This will include booking, rebooking, and following up on patient appointments and the associated administrative tasks around this.

Why would you be a good fit?

You'll probably have some previous experience in an office-based, administrative role and you'll definitely have the interpersonal skills to succeed in a non-physical customer-facing position.

Previous experience in a healthcare environment is highly desirable (in an office based capacity, for example as part of a patient coordinating team or administrative team in a hospital / medical practice).

You will be an effective and efficient communicator - both written and verbal - with excellent attention to detail and good IT literacy.

You'll also be well organised and able to prioritise tasks, working autonomously as well as collaboratively part of a large team.

Bonus points for any experience with audio-typing!

What's in it for you?

This is a full-time (37.5 hours) permanent position that is currently fully office based in Peasedown St John, with flexible working patterns possible now and hybrid working being implemented this year.

You'll be taking home a starting annual salary of £23,979.90 as well as an annual bonus and an enhanced pension.

Holiday wise, you'll have 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, your birthday off, and the ability to buy extra days.

It's possible to get to the office easily via public transport, or if you're driving there is plenty of free parking.

Please note that our client is unable to accept any candidates that require visa sponsorship at this time therefore all applicants must have unrestricted right to work in the UK.
