About the RoleYou’ll work alongside the Store Manager to lead a knowledgeable and enthusiastic team, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, smooth daily operations, and a visually inspiring store environment. Whether it’s coaching the team, managing stock, or stepping in as acting manager, your leadership will help the store thrive—especially as we continue our dual-brand journey.

Proven experience in retail management, ideally in outdoor, apparel, or footwear sectors
