We're looking for a Head of Digital Marketing to lead a talented team and drive digital growth across web, paid media, social, and influencer activity. This is a 12-month maternity cover, offering a unique chance to make a real impact on a household name during a period of exciting innovation and expansion.
This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership. You'll define and execute the digital roadmap, deliver high-impact campaigns, and ensure the brand continues to set the standard for digital excellence in the sector.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and evolve the digital strategy across multiple brands.
Lead a team of four (Digital Content Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, and Website Executives) plus agency partners.
Deliver and optimise paid media campaigns (Search, Display, Paid Social, Influencer).
Oversee website performance, UX, SEO, and content improvements.
Grow and optimise social presence (paid + organic).
Lead digital reporting, analysis, and insights using GA, Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
Manage digital budgets and ensure strong ROI.
Drive continuous improvement through testing, learning, and innovation.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior digital marketing role, ideally leading a multi-channel function.
Strong background in paid media, SEO, content, and email marketing.
Skilled with CMS platforms (Craft, WordPress, Shopify).
Strong reporting and analytical ability with GA & Data Studio.
Excellent leadership skills - able to inspire, mentor, and get the best from your team.
A balance of strategic vision and hands-on delivery.
A collaborative and commercially minded approach.
