Amazing opportunity - a growing portfolio of Luxury Contemporary Art Galleries seeking a strategic, creative, and commercially minded Marketing Manager to take the lead on marketing activity across all gallery locations. This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow the brand while making a lasting impact on the contemporary art scene.
Sole, autonomous role (no people management, initially) - must have digital expertise & be capable in all areas of Marketing, with a genuine commercial approach to generate sales and new business. You must come from a Luxury / Culture / Art / Lifestyle related background.
Role includes:
• Develop and implement a results-driven marketing strategy aligned with our business goals.
• Define and maintain a consistent brand identity across all locations and channels.
• Plan and manage a year-round marketing calendar featuring exhibitions, artist launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.
• Lead the development of campaign concepts and exciting brand collaborations.
• Stay ahead of cultural and lifestyle trends to connect with our diverse audiences.
• Forge relationships with complementary brands and platforms.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and PR.
• Drive engagement through increased footfall, web traffic, and digital performance.
• Create compelling content for social media, newsletters, website, and press.
• Manage a vibrant, visually rich social media presence and editorial calendar.
• Lead local and national PR efforts, boosting brand visibility and reputation.
• Coordinate media relations, influencer outreach, and gallery events.
• Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign ROI, sharing insights for continuous improvement.
• Manage agency and partner relationships.
• Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective investment and measurable returns.
• Keep your finger on the pulse of the market and competitors.
• Contribute to new gallery services, experiences, and revenue opportunities.
Requires:
• 5+ years in a strategic marketing role, ideally within the arts, culture, or luxury sectors.
• Proven experience creating innovative marketing concepts and partnerships.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing (SEO, social media, email, analytics).
• Excellent communicator with a flair for storytelling and detail.
• Confident project leader with experience in managing multiple revenue channels
• Passionate about contemporary art, culture, and lifestyle trends.
• Willingness to meet with the MD for meetings (based Wiltshire)
