I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with a future focused organisation who requires a HR Business Partner to join the team for an 18 month FTC as they develop a refreshed strategy for the business.
This is a critical role and requires an experienced HRBP/People Partner to come in and deliver said strategies, maintaining engagement and supporting employees throughout the journey.
If you have extensive experience when it comes to restructures, redundancies, strong stakeholder engagement skills, hold a deep knowledge of employment law and possess excellent communication skills – I want to speak to you!
Reporting into the HR Director with a dotted line into their Head of HR, this is a really great opportunity to lead from the front within this 18 month project, whilst still having a hand in the BAU activities. As this is a small HR function, you must be happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in as and when needed.
You will support with key activities including, reward and benefits, OD and resource planning. You will successfully implement organisational restructures, ensuring they align with business objectives and will lead on key initiatives including redundancy programmes, start to finish.
