Junior Paraplanner

We are seeking an Junior Paraplanner to provide exceptional service by producing quality documents that offer clear advice to clients based on thorough market research and the client’s financial objectives. This role is integral to supporting our financial planners through detailed research and recommendations.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct detailed research and analysis of investment funds and financial products, considering client objectives.
  • Prepare financial plans and reports, demonstrating clients' current and future financial positions.
  • Liaise with product providers and third parties to resolve technical queries.
  • Support team members, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar role within Financial Services, preferably in a small to medium-sized environment.
  • Practical application of technical financial knowledge and data research.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with financial planning software.
  • Working towards full Diploma qualification in financial planning.
  • Strong understanding of the financial planning process and client-focused approach.
Desirable:
  • Experience with IO back office software, FE Analytics, and working with a Discretionary Fund Manager.
  • Knowledge of cashflow modelling.
